My widgets won't update

Widgets update based on your location and time automatically when you have Automatic Updates enabled in your Settings.
When you move away from a location and the widget information is no longer valid, the text will turn gray until the next automatic update. However, you can always manually update the widget information by launching the app.

Why can't I get local information?

Accepted Answer

Getting local information in the HERE mode, requires you to give Location Permissions to bub. If you have denied it previously when prompted, you can enable it in Settings by going to the Profile tab and tapping on the gear icon and then selecting Open Settings.

My information seems to be incorrect

Accepted Answer

Make sure to update your profile information by going to the Profile tab and tapping on the Update Profile button. Add your family members, coworkers, and  friends to the groups to get a more complete Community Risk estimate.
